Horst Treiblmaier is an Adjunct Professor of Information Systems at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he received a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems in 2001. He worked as a Visiting Professor at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles), the University of British Columbia, the University of Technology in Sydney and the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP). His research and teaching interests include electronic marketing, web site analysis, business statistics, information systems, human computer interaction and programming. His work has appeared in journals such as Information Systems Journal, Communications of the AIS, International Journal of Electronic Business, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Schmalenbach Business Review, and Wirtschaftsinformatik.
